Current recycling technologies for EOL lithium-ion batteries are based on pyro and hydrometallurgical processes. These processes are quite energy-consuming and pollutant. ITC is working on the regeneration of spent cathodes by direct recycling. This recycling technology is less energy-consuming and more environmentally friendly
