Toni Pérez nació en Benidorm en 1968. Es el Alcalde de Benidorm desde 2015 y Presidente de la Diputación de Alicante desde 2023. En la actualidad es Vicepresidente de la Comisión de Turismo de la FEMP, Vocal de la Red DTI, Miembro de la Spain Convention Bureau, Coordinador de la Comisión de Turismo de la FVMP, Presidente del Partido Popular de la Provincia de Alicante, miembro del Comité Regional del Partido Popular de la Comunidad Valenciana y del Comité Ejecutivo Nacional del Partido Popular.
