Jenniina Ylönen is Manager, Regional Affairs at the International Air Transport Association’s (IATA) European hub. Among other strategic projects, she leads INCLAVI, the EU-funded project on inclusive and accessible aviation. INCLAVI brings together a wide range of industry and academic stakeholders to co-create a new training curriculum designed to improve the full travel experience of persons with disabilities. Jenniina brings 13 years of experience in the air transport industry, where she specializes in aero political and regulatory matters, as well as environmental sustainability.
